Cellular Respiration is the operating layer of The pH Method. Phil uses it to mean the cellular environment: the conditions in which energy, circulation, and repair either work or stall. When that environment is compromised, diets and stacks layered on top tend to stall. Coaching starts there, before more restriction.

Short, focused conversation. Coaching and education only. Not a sales pitch.
You're doing everything right
You're doing everything right...and your body still isn't cooperating.
The clean eating.
The supplements.
The practitioners.
The elimination protocols.
And you're still exhausted by mid-afternoon, still dealing with flares, still waking up wondering what you're doing wrong.
Here's what I want you to consider.
The problem was never your commitment.
It was never your discipline.
It was never that you hadn't found the right diet yet.
The missing piece is something almost nobody in the autoimmune space talks about first, and it has nothing to do with cutting another food group.
It's called Cellular Respiration.
Not in the way your biology textbook described it.
In the way it matters to your body right now: the internal environment your cells are actually working inside, every single day.
If acidity, inflammatory load, and circulation aren't supporting your cells, then nothing you eat, take, or restrict can do what it's designed to do.
Diets land in concrete.
Supplements land in concrete.
Even the best practitioner advice lands in concrete.
And no amount of trying harder changes the surface those seeds are landing on.
I'm Phil Hoare, Autoimmune Transformation Specialist, Health Coach, and International Speaker, and this is the conversation I wish someone had started with me years earlier.
Stay with me. In the next few minutes I want to show you what Cellular Respiration actually is, why it comes before everything else on your protocol list, and how to find out where your own system needs to start.
What came after my brother
That conversation started with a loss I didn't expect.
My brother died of brain cancer when I was twenty-eight years old.
And that grief sent me down a path I couldn't have predicted. I needed to understand health, actually understand it, not just accept what I was being told.
So I researched. I studied. I collected certificates and diplomas. I spent years building a framework that made sense of conflicting information that almost everyone in this space gets wrong.
Then my own skin started breaking down.
Psoriasis. Despite the clean eating. Despite the protocols I was already coaching others through.
I did more. I restricted more. I stacked more.
It wasn't until I stripped it all back and focused on one specific layer, the cellular environment first, that I reported changes I hadn't seen in years. That is my report. It is not a promise of what will happen for you.
Then vitiligo arrived, alongside real mental and emotional strain.
And again, I came back to the same foundational layer. Not another supplement. Not another elimination list. The internal environment that everything else sits inside.
That's what Cellular Respiration means in my work, and why it's the starting point I come back to every single time.
What I found personally is not what I'm promising you. Every system is different. But the question of what comes first, that one is the same for almost everyone I work with.
The sequencing problem
The reason what comes first matters so much is that the autoimmune space has a sequencing problem nobody admits.
AIP can reduce certain triggers for some people. Nobody disputes that.
Supplement stacks can support recovery. Practitioners can offer genuine insight.
But the order in which these interventions land determines whether any of them actually work.
And the order most people follow, driven by what's available, what's trending, what their last practitioner recommended, almost always skips the layer underneath everything else.
When your cells are working inside an acidic, inflamed, poorly circulated environment, absorption is compromised. Detox pathways are overloaded. The stack of protocols you're maintaining is essentially competing for resources your system doesn't have to give.
So you do more. Restrict harder. Add another practitioner to the list.
And the exhaustion deepens.
This isn't a willpower problem. It's a sequencing problem, and the sequence has a first step that most approaches simply don't address.
The longer that foundation stays unprepared, the more resistant everything else becomes. Protocols that should help create more confusion. Food fear compounds stress. And the shame of still feeling this way, despite doing so much, starts to feel like the final answer.
It isn't.
Cellular Respiration first
What it is, specifically, is Cellular Respiration.
In my work, Cellular Respiration means restoring the internal environment your cells are actually operating inside: reducing acidity and inflammatory load, supporting circulation and lymphatic movement, and releasing the oxidative strain that accumulates when the body has been running protocols without the right foundation beneath them.
It's the preparation layer.
Without it, diets meet a compromised system. Supplements meet poor absorption. Even the clearest practitioner guidance meets a body that doesn't yet have the resources to respond.
With it in place, the approaches that never quite stuck start to have somewhere to land.
I came back to this same layer through my own experience with psoriasis and vitiligo. That's my story, and I'm careful not to present it as yours. In coaching, we start with cellular environment first, before adding the next protocol or restriction.
Watch Jackie's story on thephmethod.com if you want to hear someone else describe this in their own words. I won't put words in her mouth. Results vary.
Knowledge alone doesn't heal. Solutions do.
And the first part of any solution is knowing what you're actually working with, so the right sequence can begin.
A conversation with me
That's why I offer a free Solutions Call.
It's a short, focused conversation, not a sales call. There's no supplement list waiting at the end of it and no protocol I'm going to push you toward regardless of what you tell me.
What it is: a chance to look at your specific situation together, figure out where your system actually needs to start, and give you a clear next direction.
If Cellular Respiration is the right foundation for where you are right now, I'll tell you that and explain what it looks like. If your starting point is somewhere else, whether that's digestive, liver-related, or a more complex multi-system picture, I'll tell you that instead.
The point isn't to sell you something. The point is to stop the guessing.
Because if you've already spent years and real money on approaches that didn't hold, the last thing you need is another program bought in the wrong order.
Whether you've tried every protocol in the space and are genuinely out of ideas, or you're newer to this and want to get the sequence right from the beginning, this call is designed to give you clarity on what your actual first step is.
Book a time below. It's free, it's focused, and it's built for people who are tired of not knowing where to start.
What you might be thinking
You've heard this before. You've trusted someone who told you they'd found the real answer, and you walked away with a protocol that cost more than it delivered.
That's a reasonable place to be. And it's one of the reasons this call is structured the way it is.
There's no script I'm running through to get you to a purchase. If you book this call and it turns out your situation doesn't align with anything I offer, I'll tell you that clearly. I'd rather you leave with something useful than leave with a program that doesn't fit.
The second thing I hear often is that another protocol sounds exhausting. You're already managing so much. Adding more, even a foundational layer, can feel like the last thing you have bandwidth for.
That's fair. But the call itself asks nothing of you except your honesty about where you are right now. What happens after that depends entirely on what makes sense for your situation.
And if you're concerned this is going to turn into another expensive commitment, the call costs nothing. What comes next, if anything does, depends on what your system actually needs, not on a predetermined offer.
Right order, not more restriction.
That's the only thing I'm trying to help you find.
Book the Solutions Call
You have a decision in front of you.
One option is to keep searching. Keep adjusting. Keep trying to piece together the right protocol from the information available, hoping the next thing you find is the one that finally sticks.
I understand that option. A lot of people take it.
But if you've been at this for years, and the exhaustion and the confusion are still there, then continuing the same search in the same order is unlikely to produce a different outcome.
The other option is simpler: book the call, have the conversation, and find out what your actual starting point is.
When you do, you stop guessing what to try next. You stop buying programs that don't match where your body actually is. You start with the layer that was missing, and everything else has a better chance of holding.
The call is free. There's no pressure at the end of it. And even if nothing beyond the call makes sense for your situation, you leave knowing more about your own starting point than you did before.
You didn't fail the protocol. The protocol just didn't have the right foundation yet.
I'm Phil. Use the scheduler below, and I'll see you on the call.
Questions people ask before they start
Is Cellular Respiration a medical treatment?
No. It is Phil Hoare’s name for the coaching focus on internal environment and order. It does not diagnose mitochondrial disease or replace clinical care.
What is the Cellular Respiration Starter?
A seven-day, low-time orientation ($37) that follows the Clarity Quiz. It is a foundation, not the flagship Immune Restoration program.
How is this different from another cleanse?
Cleanses are often more restriction. The pH Method sequences cellular environment, digestion, and liver load so you are not white-knuckling a seventh elimination round.
