Acidity is one of the named factors in The pH Method. Cellular Flow includes guided alkalising protocols. Phil’s speaker topics include the alkaline water myth and the ACV and lemon lie. The point is the cellular environment, not a magic bottle, lemon shot, or pH strip personality.
Two sites, one argument
thephmethod.com lists acidity among the imbalances programs address. philhoare.com lists Alkaline Water Myth and ACV and Lemon Lie as conversation topics. Together they say: people have been sold a pH gimmick. Phil’s coaching still cares about the environment cells live in. Those are not the same as “buy alkaline water.”
Cellular Flow
Cellular Flow ($497) is the implementation offer for alkalising protocols, nutrition, and daily practices, with circulation and lymphatic focus. Take the quiz before you buy it so you are not using alkalising work as a detour around gut or liver load.
Limits
Blood pH is tightly regulated. Extreme alkalising claims that you can “change body pH with water” are exactly the myth Phil argues with on stage. This page will not repeat those claims as facts.
Questions people ask before they start
Do I need a water ionizer to work with Phil?
No. His public alkaline water topic exists because that market over-promises. Coaching is protocols and order.
Is lemon water the method?
No. ACV and lemon as a cure-all is a conversation Phil challenges. Do not treat a morning shot as The pH Method.
What does pH stand for in the brand name?
The brand is The pH Method, founded by Phil Hoare. The methodology talks about cellular environment, including acidity, without turning the logo into a medical acid-base claim.
